On June 29th, Sandra Sharpe taught us all about aquafaba. Aquafaba, which literally means “bean water,” is the liquid leftover after cooking chickpeas. Even the most skeptical students were wowed by the delicious possibilities of aquafaba! We learned how to make whipped cream, meringue, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and even ice cream! While we enjoyed learning, we REALLY enjoyed the sampling! Stay tuned for more demos to come!
