Last Friday night’s event went perfectly! Hot Pink Cake Stand had three types of vegan cupcakes: chocolate, Oreo cookie, and coconut, plus five types of vegan mini-cupcakes including almond joy and cinnamon (and three others). The young lady at the counter was also vegan and knew exactly which cupcakes and beer were vegan. All of us had beer, tea, coffee, or wine, and most indulged in the cupcakes. Casey, Daniel, Kim, and Sue were there from WV and it was fun talking to folks as they came in. We greeted several new faces. We sat around and chatted and I’m pretty sure Casey convinced everyone to attend the potluck on Thursday! ? It was an easy, informal good time and one we’re sure to repeat!
