Help our local animal rights organizations reserve enough tickets to host a screening of the new environmental movie Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret at Carmike theater in Wilmington.  Cowspiracy is a striking film about the environmental degradation of animal farming and how environmental groups are ignoring the problem. This documentary will be as eye-opening as “Blackfish” and as inspiring as “An Inconvenient Truth.”

A bunch of Wilmington Vegan members will be attending the movie screening. Enough tickets must be sold by August 21st in order for the screening to happen on August 28th. The movie includes the environmental problems we face right here in North Carolina. It would be amazing to screen this right here in Wilmington!

As eye-opening as Blackfish and as inspiring as An Inconvenient Truth, this shocking yet humorous documentary reveals the absolutely devastating environmental impact large-scale factory farming has on our planet.
