After suggestions from Wilmington Vegan group members, we decided to implement a theme as part of our monthly Vegan Supper Club Potlucks. This month’s theme was “southern,” and everyone certainly brought forward their best southern cooked goodness! Dishes included mac & “cheese,” cornbread, collards, biscuits and gravy, coleslaw, boiled peanuts, black eyed peas and so much more! The bake sale was once again a success, featuring all kinds of goodies and even chocolate bunnies!
